Our guild meetings are at 7 p.m. on the 3rd Monday of each month, January through November (no December meeting) in the lower level of the Forreston Grove Church, 7246 N Freeport Rd, Forreston.
At each meeting, there is a scheduled program. There is also a short business meeting (announcements, upcoming quilt shows, etc), a show-and-tell and time for socializing and meeting new people around refreshments. To help cover the cost of the program speaker, there is a $5.00 charge to attend as a visitor (or become a member and pay just $20 for an annual membership!). Most months there is daytime workshop and/or sewing bee followed by a potluck supper before the regular meeting.
We would like to invite anyone interested in quilts—beginner or experienced quilters alike, to attend our next guild meeting.
